Happy Monday! My main focus this week is to get my food choices back on track. It will be a little tough because I know that I’m going camping this weekend. Best part about that though is I prep everything before we go, so as long as my family doesn’t bring too many tasty temptations I should be okay! Don’t be shocked if I have a s’more though.
I always say that working out is the best with a buddy, that being said, my dude Damien did Max:30 with me today. I think he maxed out at :55 but he’s insisting it was after 7 minutes. He thought he was actually done working out because he maxed out, ha ha! What does he think I do in here for half an hour? #IMaxedOut at 8:34 today, one second short of a minute longer than last week. I think listening to him complaining about working out dragged me down a bit. He kept saying he didn’t know how I could do this. It was so hard. But he kept doing his best. I recommend finding a workout buddy that challenges you. Try to find someone who does well at what you’re weak at and vice versa. Sometimes you get what you get though 😉
Breakfast: Oatmeal with chia seeds, shredded coconut and walnuts.
Snack: Vanilla protein shake.
Lunch: Romaine salad with sprouts, red peppers, green onion, 1 cup black beans(14 G protein) guacamole and salsa.
Snack: Vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology with half a banana.
Dinner: My family is eating pancakes and that is not on my plan! I had broccoli with a lentil sauce and a slice of seeded bread.
