Answer these for me. Are you happy? Are you successful? Are you as fit as you’d like to be? Do you love yourself? Are you organized? Are you a procrastinator? Is the glass half full or half empty?
If you answered no to any of those questions or if you said the glass is empty, I’d say you might not be the best version of yourself. Maybe you can use a little improvement like I do too!
I signed up as a Beachbody Coach in November. If you follow me on Facebook you probably see that I post about personal development. I do a lot of podcasts because I can listen to them while I drive or get ready for work in the morning. I really enjoy sitting down with some ocean waves on Pandora and settling into a good book. I’ve only had the pleasure of finishing a few books but I want to share them.
Personal development has become a huge part of my life because it has helped me learn to love myself, no matter what. It has helped me to accept small gains instead of focusing on the big goals that I haven’t met yet. It has helped me realize that if I don’t prioritize I will never get the important things done. I’ve chosen to share these 3 books with you because that is what all three of them did for me!
I encourage all of you to work on your own personal development. Even if you don’t enjoy reading, try it. Search for an author that you like. I know an author can make or break me.
